My media work includes being Presenter of ‘Get Ahead with Gladeana’, ‘Ease the Load’ and ‘Get Motivating with Gladeana’ for Teacher’s TV (see clip below), Co-presenter of ITV’s 25 part series ‘Dial a Mum’. I have also been a regular contributor to programmes such as ITV’s ‘Lorraine’, GMTV, ‘This Morning’, Channel 4’s ‘Big Brother’ and Channel 5’s ‘Wright Stuff’. A regular radio broadcaster contributing to programmes for commercial radio as well as the BBC.

Being creative I have also helped production companies design psychological exercises and tasks for contributors on programmes such as BBC’s ‘Life’s too Short’. An often quoted expert I have contributed to or written articles for a diverse range of publications such as ‘The Financial Times’, ‘Times Educational Supplement’ ‘Daily Mail’, ‘Top Santé’, ‘Psychologies’ ‘The Lady’ and many more having had a weekly Coaching Column in the ‘Daily Express’ and being the Life and Stress Coach for the GMTV and Channel 4 websites.

Having been involved in the psychological assessment of Reality TV participants since the original series of ‘Big Brother’, I devised the still only national professional guidelines for undertaking psychological assessments. My team and have worked on some 60 shows including ‘Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model’, ‘Bad Lads Army’, ‘If Women Ruled the World’, ‘Home Alone 14’ and ‘Little Princes’. We are probably one of the most experienced psychological assessment teams in the UK.
